This critical role operates under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Physician, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality care in line with the Department of Health (DoH), Abu Dhabi regulations and the Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR). Requirements
Direct Patient Care:Â Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.
Clinical Monitoring:Â Accurately measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and reporting any significant changes in patient condition immediately to the supervising Registered Nurse or Physician.
Clinical Support:Â Preparing patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Documentation:Â Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with DoH standards.
Safety & Infection Control:Â Strictly adhering to infection prevention and control practices and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Team Collaboration:Â Working professionally and ethically as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement the patient care plan.
