Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative / Agent at Healthline Day Surgery Center, your primary responsibilities will include:
Patient Communication: Answering incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about our services, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Patient Support: Assisting patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions, addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration: Working closely with healthcare providers and team members to ensure seamless patient interactions and a positive patient experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Arabic and english fluency is required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-oriented approach.
Ability to handle a high call volume and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of medical terminology and previous call center or customer service experience.
