We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to ensure accurate and compliant coding of medical records in accordance with ICD-10-AM, CPT, and DoH Abu Dhabi guidelines. The ideal candidate will review clinical documentation to assign appropriate codes, support accurate billing, and contribute to quality reporting and compliance activities.

Valid AHIMA/AAPC/DoH-approved coding certification (e.g., CCS, CPC).
1–2 years of experience in coding within outpatient/day surgery or inpatient settings.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM, CPT, and UAE-specific coding standards.
Familiarity with EMR systems and coding software.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.
